    Diet is a big part of training for a hetlhay -strong body-If you are eating well- nourishing foods- there is so much to chose from . Sugar is really not going to help you very much and neither is white flour or processed foods. Try to stick with whole foods with little deviation from their original state. Not a lot of sauces etc Meat and veggies and whole grain breads and pastas, brown rice fruits and veggies- that’s pretty much what you need to know for a balanced diet Vic
